Bowery Building - New York City

Built this building that's found in lower Manhattan, often referred to as the "Bowery Building". Built in 1899 initially as the Germania Bank building, it was sold and became an artist loft in the 1960s and looked abandoned for years while still being occupied by a few tenants.
